“Room - too small and bathroom dr too heavy, banged my head in the wooden slats. Reception - great service Restaurant - Khadija (lady with a fantastic smile, smiling all the time provided great service. She should be promoted! Other restaurant managers were curt, not accommodating, gave contradictory statements eg whether fresh juice was included for gyests who don’t pay the euro 20 at breakfast. I returned close to 8pm or 5 minutes after 8pm and khadjia was still accommodating and provided free appies.”
“This hotel is simple in design but wonderfully comfortable. I was here for work and didn’t spend much time in the room, but its unbeatable location made everything so convenient. Being just a 2-minute walk from the train station made catching trains to/from the Nice Airport and other destinations, including the highspeed train to Paris, a breeze. While the bathroom design wasn’t my favorite, the room itself was cozy, and the daily breakfast was a perfect way to start each day—nourishing and convenient. What truly stood out was the staff. Elyse and Sonia were incredibly kind and always ready to help with a smile, even accommodating my request to adjust checkout time. The breakfast attendants were equally warm and welcoming, making mornings feel homey. If you’re looking for a great base to explore Cannes and the surrounding towns in the South of France, this hotel is lovely. I would recommend!”
